Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. How do I amend my membership or regular direct debit donation?
If you currently have a membership or regular direct debit to the League, you can easily amend the amount of your donation by contacting us using one of the methods listed below:

- Write to us at League Against Cruel Sports, New Sparling House, Holloway Hill, Godalming GU7 1QZ
Please provide us with your name, postcode, supporter reference number and the amount you would like your direct debit to be amended to.
We aim to process all amend requests within three working days of receipt.
To amend your regular standing order, you will need to contact your paying bank to alter the amount of your donation. Please remember to inform us of the change.
The League Against Cruel Sports is funded directly through you, the public, and every single penny helps us to defend animals persecuted in the name of ‘sport’. Thank you.
2. How do I cancel my membership or regular direct debit donation?
If you currently have a membership or regular direct debit to the League, you can cancel your regular donation by contacting us using one of the methods listed below:

Please provide us with your name, postcode and supporter reference number as this will enable us to correctly identify your payment record.
To cancel your regular standing order, you will need to contact your paying bank.
We aim to process all cancellation requests within three working days but in the event the League is unable to cancel the direct debit on your behalf, we will advise you so you can contact your bank directly. Please be aware that the League debits all regular donations on the 14th and 28th of each month and if you do not instruct your bank to cancel your direct debit up to three working days beforehand, another debit may occur.
We really value your support and if you would like to inform us of the reason for your cancellation, we would be grateful to hear from you by using any of the methods listed above. Thank you for your support so far, you have made a real contribution to the fight to end hunting, shooting and animal fighting. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
3. Do you offer refunds for donations?
If you have made a donation to the League but wish to retract your gift, we would be very grateful to understand why. You can contact us by using one of the following methods:

For all refund requests, we ask you to contact your bank directly.
4. Do you offer refunds for items purchased from the Gifts Against Cruel Sports shop?
We hope you are pleased with your gift purchases. However, should you wish to return any product, we will be happy to refund it providing it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for postage & packaging costs if you return part or all of your order unless faulty.

When you send back the items please:
- Package the items securely
- Add a note stating your reason for return. Please indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or an alternative gift.
- Obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office for your records.
4.1 Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
